Headquarters (HQ) is much efficient than Branches?

Big Companies Unseen problems? Unfair Treatment?

 

a) Branches would keep the entire unnecessarily stock or raw material if HQ does the ISO. By pushing rubbish, unclear matters to the branches, and keep the HQ clean for ISO.

b) HQ requests engineer from a branch and charge it at local rate. While a branch request a HQ engineer that would be charge at HQ rate.

 

c) HQ requests a new tool from a branch for usage. No charge at all. Once return, the branch upkeeps or services the tools for wear and tear.

 

 

 

 

d) Branch has a great manpower (smart) inside the company, so HQ is taking over this guy.

   This great guy of course is the important asset of the branch company but turn into HQ.

 

e) Senior of HQ and Senior of Branch do not come along in terms of solving problem.

    a) Senior of HQ are only verbally action and reluctant to assist branch operation.

    b) Finding fault on each other such as the issue of faithfulness to the company on bills.

 

f) HQ shares cost of advertising with branches nationally.

   At first it should be a logically reason. However, branches could save more cost by
   advertising locally
instead of nationally, as branches mostly requires lower executives.

 

g) HQ is high tech with technologies, so the branches also need to have those high technologies.
   
This is also a method to pressure branches to make more profit to cover operating expenses.
   
We all know that normally HQ having years of experience, they could afford the technologies,
    however pressuring branches to cope with the advancement by comparing the years of

    establishment of the HQ and branches, is unfair due to local demand's differences.
 

h) HQ is fussy about the product costing, or services being charged by local companies to
    the branches. To the worst, HQ is suspecting local branches is taking advantage on the
    prices being quoted by local companies.
    To avoid argument between branches and HQ, HQ should act promptly and should provide services
    without creating doubts over the branch operations.

 

i) Would you accept that the fact HQ is less efficient than the branches?
  
Therefore, HQ mostly using brain power to proof HQ has better performance than branches,
   with unseen methods as listed above.

 

 

Everyone has forgotten about teamwork, the fairness, the business while relying too much on financial control on HQ and on branches that serves no purpose on company's internal development and company's business development.
