Self Improvement : How to Secure Business Model?

Hello, My name is Saša Berglez im 23 years old.

I have one important question for me if someone can help me??
I have made one new business model, and now i have a problem, because in my Country Slovenia (Europe) i cant secure this model because our system is totally sucks.

Socan someone tell me please, where in Europe i can secure my Business Model, and on what i must pay attention, that someone will not steal my IP. Thanks for your answers.

You may go for the IP division of your country. It's going to be a tough time, while you are securing it, you have to wait the process (the agency / your country / other country) to scan all the available patent, copyrights whether there is a similarity. It would take years.

Once approved, it is meant for that particular country to protect your IP, it does not cover every possible country on this planet, unless you are going to pay every country for your protection, it is within the geographical area that you paid.

By the way, not forget about the law enforcement if you know the meaning of "who do you think you are" in the aspect of protecting your IP.

I don't think you will be able to secure it. What I mostly suggest is, if you have skill or a great idea on your own, you will be able to sustain yourself even if others try to steal or copy it, because you could produce better and greater ideas. By the way, you have to study everything about laws, and protections and definition.

Therefore, your knowledge must include
Laws, Country, Your market, Your product, Potential Partner, and Your Money Supporter just in case if you wanna fight and defense yourself as well as to explore yourself to the market.
Copyright is the easiest. However I'm not sure what is your definition of your Business Model?

There is one symptom you need to do if you know what you are doing:
Fast to reach the market, Fast to make money, and Fast to have improved ideas of the first version or provide related business Model. Just likea singer, if you are famous, you have to sing all over the country, into international stage, making videos, doing interview, making album within a months, making at least 3 album within 6 months.

I have been there on Patent for a friend. The failure is miserable as the owner himself lack of business knowledge to market as well as the cost calculating, so with the other aspect.
