Self Improvement : Loan for Investment?

We often hear about an home buyer getting a loan to purchase an home.

However, I'm wondering are there also ways for an investor to get a loan for investing purposes? And if there are, what are they?

A real assets as define is the assets continuously producing income daily and monthly. If your assets is an trial and error, a comfortable small amount should be enough to generate 1(risk):1(reward)

Why do we all think investing is concerned about "money"? How about investing your time to study, research, homework, chitchatting. Investing your time in knowledge and what type of people is the first priority. Money doesn't make money itself without your control of your knowledge and skill.

Getting a loan for investing is indeed a huge vocabulary such as jumping into Robert Kiyosaki position. Which mean, you know how to win the games for knowing all the tricks available in the market or else, one trick is not enough.
