Self Improvement : RDPD : Mixing People

For business owner,
a) You prefer to employ smarter employee than you, or less smarter than you?

For normal human being,
a) You prefer to mix with smarter people / friends, or less smarter people / friends?


For teacher,
a) You prefer to teach smarter student more, or less smarter student more?

For everyone,
How confident are you being together with smarter people around you?
 

a) Feeling being used sometime?
b) Feeling out of place?

So how does this have to do with Rich Dad & Poor Dad concept? If you read the book thoroughly, it defines what type of people that you are able to mix with and to learn from, and thus, how well you could mix with successful friend, or businessman in real life, if you could not understand what they are talking about.

For business owner,
a) You prefer to employ smarter employee than you, or less smarter than you?
Smart comes with Idea, Improvement, Energy and Responsibility.
However being a business owner need to give people a chance to voice out, and a chance for people to correct their mistake. Then you could see the whole picture of it.

For normal human being,
a) You prefer to mix with smarter people / friends, or less smarter people / friends?
Normally people will prefer with the high-class friend or people rather than smart people. The answer is, if you could define what is smart, you are already in the journey of becoming smart, or else to become a materialistic people.

 A smart person for me is those who could teach you and assist you with his/her wisdom to guide you along the life journey. Life is ups and downs.

For teacher,
a) You prefer to teach smarter student more, or less smarter student more?
Believe me every parent wants the children to be smart.
This is when a teacher role is important. It’s true that the smarter kids or students tend to ask more and answer more than those not. So we could not blame teacher over the preferences issue.

For everyone,
How confident are you being together with smarter people around you?

b) Feeling out of place?
Once again, I need to remind you, you are not comparing smarter people with high-class people. Smarter people sometimes tends to have different attitude either they would like to use you for their own benefit or to use you so that you could learn something out of it. Believe me, smart people tends to group with smart people, and of course less smart people tends to with less smart people, this is how nature works.

Even if you felt being used, please do not disappointed, this is called life. Frankly speaking, being a smart people, they tend to learn more things than you. You do have to pay for the price being less smart.
