As a leader, one must try hard to be strong for their people, some emotion breakdown is definitely unavoidable especially touching every aspect of your personal life and how well is your own skill. 

There are two different leaders here, some that tried their every best since young, and the other is a natural talent but needs some guidance. 

For me, a natural talent is a combination skill of "fast learning" + "interest" + "DNA"
 

The only difference is the other leader is lack of DNA.

Which is the emotion and the urge of performing tasks.

 

 

 

 

A split seconds decision is vital for the safety of the crew. This also applies for those business environment, whether to continue a business when the economy is in the bad shape for every 10 to 12years. 

Development of the film began in 2005. Filming only took place from November 2007 to March 2008 under intense secrecy. Midway through the shoot, Paramount chose to delay the release date from December 25, 2008 to May 2009, believing the film could reach a wider audience. So does it work?

 

Star Trek has earned high critical praise, gaining a 94% on Rotten Tomatoes, It is the eleventh-highest-grossing film of 2009 — seventh-highest within North America — and has become the highest-grossing film in the Star Trek series and is credited by the media as a reboot of the series.

Having two types of leader in a company rather than one would truly a amazing experience.
